In 2012 Jason was selected to his first NHL All-Star Game and this is a card featuring a piece of net from the Skills Competition there.
At the time on his way of playing in all 82 games for the fifth time in six seasons, he cracked the 30 goal mark for the second time and finished with 73 points which was second best ever.
I dont know. I have had this card for so long so it’s like a staple in my collection, not the least also becouse it is Pommers first certified auto card. He must have played sparsely this his first full season in the QMJHL becouse his statistics does not look good at all, but that is nothing unusual in juniors, the season he turned 17.
